A dynamic organization located in Germany is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to drive HR initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and regulatory compliance. This role will oversee operations from A-Z, ensuring HR excellence as the organization grows. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, performance processes, and payroll execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience and fluency in English and French. This is a pivotal role with a dual report to the CEO and CFO.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Partner.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR systems and payroll.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and HR best practices.

Senior People & Culture Business Partner

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner acts as an advisor to team leaders and employees while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes. In a fast growing organisation, this role drives initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and development, while maintaining compliance and accuracy in personnel administration, HR systems, and payroll. The role is expected to drive and own all HR processes from A‑Z and will facilitate the growth of the company. The role has a dual reporting line to the CEO and the CFO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Further develop the HR function whilst the company is growing through acquisition.
  • Supports and executes performance management and employee relations initiatives.
  • Supports and executes recruitment, career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Creates and analyzes HR metrics and supports workforce planning.
  • Champions change management and engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
  • Supports management team and managers with people‑related matters, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Drives performance & remuneration, engagement, and development across the organization.
  • Personnel Administration & HR Systems: Maintain accurate employee records and manage updates in Odoo HR system (new hires, terminations, promotions).
  • Absence & Compliance: Track absences, process sickness documentation, and ensure compliance for payroll.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports for payroll and management; support analysis of headcount, turnover, and other metrics.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate documentation, system setup, welcome packs, and exit processes.
  • Payroll Execution: Process payroll accurately and on time; validate reports and liaise with Payroll Services and CFO.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the FS industry is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and HR best practices.
