Role

The Role : HR Specialist Payroll

We are looking for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in detail-oriented HR administration and enjoys contributing to an international, people-focused organization.

Responsibilities
  • Execute monthly payroll in compliance with local laws and deadlines
  • Monitor salary components and ensure accurate data processing
  • Maintain employee master data and process travel expense reports
  • Evaluate payroll-relevant issues, considering tax and social security regulations
  • Communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and adapt employment contracts as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related matters
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional HR-specific education
  • Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, employment law, and social security regulations
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
