As an Outbound Specialist you are part of a high-performing team ensuring top-quality standards are met for every product. You are responsible for sample quality inspection working closely with other teams to maintain excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of Lounge by Zalando.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• you are responsible for inspecting samples to ensure they meet Zalandos quality standards and all legal requirements while documenting any deviations.
• You check the quality of samples and prepare them for dispatch with precision and care.
• You work independently managing and prioritizing your tasks based on urgency and importance.
• You stay updated on the latest legal and internal quality standards through our ongoing training programs.
• You regularly collaborate with other departments receive feedback on your work and openly share ideas and suggestions with colleagues and stakeholders.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or have comparable professional experience. Strong PC and Google Workspace skills are a plus.
• You work in a detail-oriented manner quickly grasp new concepts and maintain a high level of focus even during busy periods.
• You approach your work in an independent structured and conscientious way and you have no trouble meeting tight deadlines.
• You thrive on regular constructive feedback to continuously improve and develop your skills.
• You have strong German and English language skills.
