Overview:

We are looking for a highly reliable and structured Operations & Inventory Specialist to support our engineering, logistics, and administrative workflows at Sereact.

You will play a key role in keeping our internal material flows efficient, accurate, and well‑documented, ensuring that engineering teams can focus on building and deploying our robotics systems.

This role is onsite in Stuttgart and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on work in the warehouse and process‑driven work in our ERP system.

Your Responsibilities:

ERP & Administrative Operations

  • Full ownership of all material movements in our ERP system (e.g., Odoo): goods receipts, goods issues, internal transfers.
  • Creating and managing purchase orders and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Verifying and booking supplier invoices, including clarification of discrepancies.
  • Continuous reconciliation of ERP inventory with physical stock.
  • Supporting inventory preparation, cycle counts, corrections, and documentation.
  • Contributing to process optimization across warehouse, procurement, and production.

Warehouse & Logistics

  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
  • Picking and preparing materials for internal teams and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining structure, cleanliness, and correct labeling in the warehouse.
  • Supporting internal material flows together with Hardware, Production & Engineering.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Occasional local pickups or drop‑offs (driver’s license required).
Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Completed commercial or logistics‑related vocational training (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or similar)
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo, or similar
  • Experience in warehouse, engineering, or production environments (nice‑to‑have)
  • Valid driver’s license (Type B)
  • German & English language level B2 or higher

Skills

  • High accuracy and structured, process‑driven work habits
  • Strong ownership mentality and willingness to support both administrative and physical tasks
  • Very reliable, communicative, and team‑oriented
  • Ability to maintain clarity and organization in fast‑moving operational environments
Our interview plan:
  • Application
  • Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.
  • Hiring Manager interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
  • On‑site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.
What We Offer:
  • Wellpass (gym membership)
  • A motivated team and an open corporate culture including regular team events
  • Flexible work schedule: Remote or hybrid from the Stuttgart area - design your own working day.
  • Career opportunities: Be part of a dynamic scale‑up with clear development prospects in a growing industry.
  • Fast decision‑making, real ownership, and close collaboration with engineering team.
