A growing climate-tech startup in Berlin is seeking an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day logistics, manage inventory, and coordinate company functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a startup mindset. You will work closely with engineering and R&D teams while interacting with both internal staff and external partners. Everest is a fast-growing deep-tech startup developing sensor technology essential for scaling negative emissions. Our mission is to enable 1 billion tons of CO₂ removal per year by 2035. In our first year we delivered hundreds of sensors across five continents.
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be the operational backbone of the company, keeping our Berlin HQ running smoothly, managing facilities, coordinating critical shipments, and supporting core admin tasks. The role offers a unique window into the logistics of a rapidly scaling climate-tech company.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and working closely with R&D and engineering, you’ll build strong operational skills in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
