A leading procurement firm in Frankfurt is seeking an Operational Procurement Specialist to manage order processing, invoicing, and supplier collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration, experience in procurement, and excellent German language skills. The position offers a hybrid working model, training opportunities, health care benefits, and access to in-house gym facilities.
We are looking for an Operational Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, which currently consists of four team members. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the fast and accurate handling of quotation requests, the adjustment and modification of existing purchase orders, and the thorough review of invoices from our manufacturers and suppliers.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
