As part of its expansion, Wealins is looking for an Operations Officer.

Within the Client & Partner Services department for Nordics Countries and Germany, you will strengthen the team responsible for managing contracts and maintaining relationships with our institutional partners, financial managers, and high-end clients in Europe.

Your Missions
  • Be the point of contact for our clients, partners, and sales teams for any operational matters, questions, and support.
  • Ensure the analysis and processing of financial and administrative operations from clients and partners in accordance with established procedures and controls, in terms of completeness and acceptance of files, data compliance, and quality / accuracy of results.
  • Ensure the recording of data and operations in the computer system.
  • Manage account openings with custodian banks and set up management instructions with financial managers.
  • Handle follow-ups related to operational processing with clients and partners.
  • Ensure quality follow-up of requests and cross-functional collaboration between different departments involved in operational processing to meet financial cut-offs and Service Level Agreements established with partners.
Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) preferably with a financial or insurance orientation.
  • At least 2 years' previous experience in life insurance or financial services (e.g., financial advisor, life insurance agent).
  • You have good knowledge of life insurance products and services, AML procedures, and related processes.
  • You have an analytical mind, are flexible, precise, organized, and enjoy interactions.
  • You are particularly effective in a team and in providing innovative solutions, but you can also work independently.
  • You are fluent in English and Finnish or Swedish.
