Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level containerisation and orchestration solutions. This role will partner closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support the deployment, scaling, and operational management of applications across a modern, cloud‑enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Support development teams in containerising applications and building CI / CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues within OpenShift and underlying Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Implement container security best practices, including access controls, policy enforcement, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate organisational security requirements into the OpenShift platform.
• Produce documentation for configurations, processes, standards, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with OpenShift advancements, Kubernetes ecosystem updates, and emerging DevOps tooling to recommend ongoing enhancements.
