As Office Manager you’ll be the organizational backbone of our location and the first point of contact for colleagues and guests.

You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from office organization and internal events to supporting exciting projects.

Together with your cross‑location team you’ll help shape processes to be more efficient, more digital and simply better for everyone.

What you can expect
  • You’ll be the organizational backbone of our Berlin office, your structured approach and people skills ensure smooth daily operations.
  • You’ll help shape a modern tech‑driven work environment, collaborating with your cross‑location team to make processes more efficient and digital.
  • You’ll plan, organize and execute internal events and team activities from concept to implementation – it’s all in your hands.
  • You’ll take care of administrative tasks such as mail handling, ordering supplies, coordinating catering and managing JobRad, and act as the main contact for our corporate group.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues from HR, Marketing, Finance and Location Building to bring global initiatives to life locally.
  • You’ll contribute your ideas, take ownership and help shape the office experience of tomorrow with initiative and a keen eye for improvement.
What you bring
  • You have a strong sense for people empathy and always an open ear for your colleagues.
  • You’re a confident communicator with a positive presence; even in busy moments you stay calm and focused.
  • You’re highly organized, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • You’re confident using MS Office; experience with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
  • You have confident spoken and written German and English skills, essential for daily communication with colleagues and guests from across Europe.
  • You’re hands‑on, proactive and enjoy taking responsibility with a mindset that inspires others.
