A leading contract research organization in Kaarst, Germany, seeks an Office Administrator to manage reception tasks and office administration. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2). Responsibilities include event management, purchasing supplies, and budget oversight. This position contributes significantly to a dynamic work environment.
Managing all reception tasks and general office administration - 1st face at our location
Main contact person for all events that are organized on site (trainings, external / internal visits, customer visits etc) including catering, bookings, room set‑up
Purchasing office supplies / catering / employee engagement related products and services
Calendar / room management
Site communication
Initiate local and adopt Global Corporate Social Responsibility activities
Travel bookings and expense administration
Budget responsibility for CSR and Office management cost centers
