Nutraceutical / Supplement Development Manager – Minerals

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and drive our product development initiatives within the dynamic global supplements market. The ideal candidate brings a background in Food Science, Chemistry or related fields and hands‑on experience in product development of food supplements, particularly in capsule formats / single dosage form.

  • . In this pivotal position, you will oversee the end‑to‑end process of developing and optimizing innovative supplement products – from initial concept and formulation through to successful market launch.
  • Own and manage the minerals category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimisation – from start to finish.
  • Develop cutting‑edge products that set new standards in your category.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch.
  • Conduct in‑depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the global supplement space.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in strong collaboration with Marketing.
  • Bring in eCommerce & digital marketing insights to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels.
  • Monitor product performance post‑launch, recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements.
Your profile
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management, Product Innovation, Product Development, NPD or R&D within the dietary/food industry.
  • Knowledge of formulating and developing mineral‑based products and related health & wellness formulations, e.g. complex multi‑mineral blends.
  • Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior – retail experience is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution as well as excellent project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements.
