Having recently launched in Berlin, Germany, they are looking to hire a .NET Software Engineer (ASP.NET, C#) to join their growing team.

They believe that individual .NET Software Engineers are best positioned to make decisions about what should be created and how it should be built. In their setup, small teams of three or four engineers own each part of the product, enabling deployment of over 200 releases per day. They emphasize solving problems with technology and experience rather than process, viewing mistakes as part of learning.
