Job Description

Design, deploy, and support voice infrastructure integrated with Microsoft Teams, including Direct Routing and Cloud PBX. You will ensure high availability, security, and top call quality while solving complex telephony challenges. Collaborate with security teams and infrastructure engineers to align voice solutions with IT governance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Teams voice features: Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing.
  • Troubleshoot voice quality issues using network analytics and debugging tools.
  • Manage SIP trunking and partner with carriers for telephony integration.
  • Assist in voice security controls, QoS configuration, and compliance settings.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate voice environment administration.
  • Conduct training and support for communication teams and end users.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for voice solutions and incident management.
