A&V Nutri Pharm GmbH is an international wholesaler specializing in high-quality pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. We are committed to delivering premium health products to global markets, with a strong presence in Europe and growing reach in Asia. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to develop and expand our presence in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.

Aufgaben

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B wholesale sales of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements in China and Hong Kong.
  • Identify and approach pharmacies, distributors, hospitals, and health retailers as potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the internal regulatory and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitors in the region.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and medical conferences relevant to the target markets.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop market-appropriate strategies and suggest new product opportunities.
Qualifikation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, ideally in China or Hong Kong.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare distribution system and regulations in the region.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to Germany for training or meetings.
