Zusammenfassung

A leading global employer is seeking a candidate in Weinheim for a key role in Product Portfolio Management. You will oversee commercialization and market growth, develop customer selling stories, and utilize data analytics for insights. Responsibilities
  • Product Portfolio Management: Oversee commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans for both existing and new products.
  • Customer Selling Stories: Develop and present compelling customer selling stories to drive top-line sales, product awareness, and trial for customer shelf sets.
  • Go-to-market plans: Propose go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements, including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both in-store and online).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits, to derive action plans and provide continuous feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor product P&L and Gross Margin mix by category to ensure financial health.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, minimum 3 years job experience in Marketing in FMCG
  • Use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools and deep understanding of KPIs and P&L
  • Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills
  • Leadership skills, ability to think and act holistic and critical
  • Team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions
