As Marketing Manager for Poland, you will lead the management and activation of Lavazza’s Home, Away from Home, and Office Coffee System/Vending product portfolio, ensuring strategies are grounded in local market insights and deliver tangible results. Your role is to drive growth, profitability, and market share through well‑defined portfolio plans and innovation.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will work closely with HQ and local teams—Sales and Trade Marketing included—to shape and implement marketing strategies (ATL/BTL) across all channels: Retail, Foodservice, and OCS/Vending. A key part of your mission is to maintain a strong innovation pipeline and ensure Lavazza’s offerings remain competitive and relevant in the Polish market.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in the Polish FMCG sector and a proven track record in brand management. Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to find practical solutions are essential, along with self‑motivation and a structured approach to problem‑solving.

This position is based in Poland

  • Lead the Home, Away from Home, and Office Coffee System/Vending brand portfolio in Poland, supported by annual activity plans aligned with strategy and objectives.
  • Manage brand and equipment P&L, ensuring A&P budgets for product activation are allocated effectively and monitored (definition, tracking, closing estimates).
  • Drive channel portfolio growth through structured, insight‑driven innovation and NPD processes.
  • Deliver launch plans and business cases for new products, while continuously supporting existing ranges with a focus on trial and consumer experience.
  • Define and implement communication strategies for ATL media in alignment with the Media Manager; oversee local execution for social media, PR, and other channels, managing agencies and ensuring content aligns with HQ guidelines.
  • Translate consumer insights into shopper strategies, supporting Trade Marketing with in‑store activations, new launches, promo execution, distributor negotiations, and success metrics.
  • Analyze Sell‑In/Sell‑Out trends (market, competition, Lavazza) to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to Sales.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams, providing operational support (TMPI updates, monthly reviews, branding, events, legal checks, presentations).
  • Build deep knowledge of food trends and maintain strong understanding of business, consumer behavior, shopper dynamics, market data, and competitive insights.

5–7 years’ experience in marketing/brand management, with exposure to both global and local strategy execution.

Proven expertise in brand launches and product development.

Strong analytical skills, creativity, and process improvement mindset.

In‑depth knowledge of the Polish FMCG market; existing network is a plus.

Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across diverse teams.

University degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field.

Fluent in English and Polish.

  • Available to work in Warsaw with some remote working. International travel is required
