We are looking for a person to lead marketing design (advertising and communication) at justDice.

On one hand, this should be a strong manager who can work with a creative team, capable of optimizing processes and building a continuous pipeline for creating videos and creatives. On the other hand, this should be an art director/creative director who can find new angles, fresh ideas, and unconventional approaches to promoting justDice apps.

What you will do:

• Constantly search for new growth opportunities and efficiencies in our advertising
• Create a continuous process for finding references, brainstorming, and testing new hypotheses
• Quickly launch and test new hypotheses, with a complete lack of fear when it comes to testing bold and unconventional ideas
• Set up operational processes, automate everything that can be automated, achieve efficiency, and ensure a very high production speed for creatives
• Actively collaborate with product and performance marketing teams to discover new insights and hooks for communication
• Lead a team of motion designers & playable ad developers
• Steward creative projects from inception to production and launch
• Define design team success metrics with the leadership team

Who you are:

• 5 years of experience in app/mobile game marketing
• Strong leadership experience in design or creative teams, with expertise in art direction/creative direction
• Deep understanding of app online marketing creative strategies and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of creative marketing KPIs
• Passion for engaging mobile games and experimenting with new creative concepts and ad messaging to attract large user audiences
• Understanding of the latest AI tools and their application in communication marketing
• Experience with motion design and related tools
• Fluent English skills
