Germany (based in Langenfeld)

Your mission

To define and execute the market access strategy for the company’s portfolio of digital and combination (drug + device) solutions, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.

Your major accountabilities
  • Develop and implement local market access plans for digital medical devices.
  • Evaluating approaches for successful market access to the products in our local markets and contributing to pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Engage with payers, health authorities, and HTA bodies to secure reimbursement pathways.
  • Support economic modeling, value dossiers, and real-world evidence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to align access and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor policy trends and digital health regulations impacting market entry identifying value propositions of our products and communicating evolutions and trends in healthcare environment with potential impact on reimbursement, formulary listing and value assessment
  • Supporting country teams in the preparation of business cases
We would like you to have
  • Degree in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering or Technical Engineering, desirable a Degree in Life Science + Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in market access or health economics in pharma or medtech.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement processes and digital health policies and reimbursement normative, as well as the MDR regulatory context.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, negotiation, communication and management skills.
  • Fluently in English and German.
