Your Tasks

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a Managing Consultant Reinsurance (all genders) in Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Romania, Poland, Switzerland at the location of your choice. You can expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.   • You are passionate about how the reinsurance industry will change over the next few years and the challenges that will come with it
  • You enjoy working with reinsurance clients to develop a vision for the future and helping them prepare for it
  • You actively support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their assumed or retro reinsurance business (P&C and L&H)
  • You will support the entire lifecycle of system modernisation or implementation of state of the art reinsurance platforms including but not limited to business analysis, system selection, system integration, process engineering and design of target operating models
  • As an experienced professional, you design end-to-end solutions within the areas of: Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting and Finance
  • You take over leadership responsibility for younger colleagues in the team
Your Profile
  • You have several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or specialty/commercial business
  • You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • You possess excellent English skills
  • You are willing to travel (from time to time) within Europe
