Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, preferably in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of DORA, BaFin, and German regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage incident response and GRC operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to lead and enhance our organization's security posture. In this role, you can apply your in-depth knowledge in audits, regulatory compliance, ISMS management, incident response, and GRC operations.

Your new role

• You are leading ISMS initiatives and audits
• You are insuring compliance with DORA, BaFin, and other financial sector regulations
• You are managing incident response and GRC operations
• You are tracking KPIs, KRIs, and conducting risk assessments
• You are collaborating across departments to strengthen our security posture

Your strenghts

• You have a degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Information Security and have already worked in the financial sector combined with german regulations
• You have a strong ability to manage KPIs, KRIs, and risk assessments
• You bring extensive experience in incident management and response and at best, you can show c ertifications like CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 or CRISC
• You communicate fluently in German and English language
