As an Enterprise Sales Manager at voize, you will build and also lead our Enterprise Sales team from the ground up since you get to set up the function, recruit top talent, and then drive growth with Tier-1 accounts. You will stay hands‑on as you close planned deals also shape our enterprise motion under strong discipline. You’ll also lead a great team of AEs and predict well, ensuring high growth and superb sales results.
Lead & coach a high-performing Enterprise AE team with 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy
Own the number by driving ARR growth, boosting win rates, and shaping quarterly plans with RevOps
Build the function with scalable sales processes, disciplined forecasting, and opportunity hygiene (e.g. MEDDICC)
Hire & grow top talent, accelerating ramp with strong onboarding, playbooks, and certifications
Close big deals by multi-threading execs, navigating procurement, and partnering across Marketing, Sales Enablement, SDR, and CS
Enterprise Sales Expertise: 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS, driving $10M+ ARR and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Team & Process Builder: Skilled at setting up high-performing teams and scalable sales processes from scratch.
Coaching & Talent Development: Strong AE coaching, career growth, and hiring capabilities with a high-performance bar.
Sales Methodology & Execution: Fluent in MEDDICC, forecasting, pipeline management, and navigating complex deal cycles.
Executive & Regional Savvy: Confident with C-level stakeholders, experienced in the DACH market
You’re confident in German (C2 or above) and English (C1 or above), in order to excel both internally and externally.
