What will you do?
  • Oversee the corporate team (5 people).
  • Support our activities of Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary.
  • Prepare / review draft contracts, corporate and compliance documents.
  • Prepare the legal formalities to approve the annual accounts of about 1,000 Luxembourgish companies (holding and commercial companies) and the filling of the accounts to the business registry.
  • Follow the renewal of mandate of directors and auditors of the companies, as well as the filing of the NIN and RBE register.
  • Support for KYC and RBE analyses, updating internal tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders for clear and effective communication for client deliverables.

  • You have at least a master’s degree in law, business administration, economics, finance or any other relevant field;
  • You have at list 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You are fluent in French and English; German is considered an asset;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal / regulatory requirements;
  • You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;
  • You are extremely organized and rigorous;
  • You are dynamic, proactive, and pay close attention to details;
