We are building first‑class technologies for C++, HIP, Fortran, OpenMP, and OpenCL executing on AMD GPU. The successful candidate will manage a team of highly‑motivated engineers working to improve compiler technologies. The team is part of a larger compiler organization whose overall focus is the generation of optimal code for compute workloads—e.g., AI/ML as well as HPC—for AMD GPUs.
You will lead a team developing and optimizing AMD’s GPU compiler across multiple architectures. The role requires proven experience managing software engineering teams in fast‑paced environments, strong expertise in compiler technologies—preferably LLVM—and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates are passionate about software engineering and skilled at resolving complex technical challenges while driving team success.
