Aufgaben / Responsibilities

• Buy-side support: Assist and lead international M&A projects by conducting due diligence, assessing strategic fit and supporting negotiations with tax advisor and accounting related entities in direct contact with clients in the South-, Central- and Eastern Europe.
• Business plan and forecast analysis: Review and analyze business plans and financial forecasts of potential acquisition targets to evaluate viability and growth potential.
• Valuation preparation: Prepare valuations of target companies based on financial analysis, market trends and industry benchmarks.
• Financing activities management: Support and lead the preparation and management of financing activities related to M&A projects.
• Holistic M&A approach that is including dealmaking, portfolio-controlling, reporting and ongoing consultation and communication with our international partners (ratio 50 / 50).

Profil / Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. A master\'s degree is preferred.
• First or proven experience in leading business analysis, financial analysis, or M&A activities.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions for complex business issues, with proven experience in delivering exceptional communication with international partners.
• Capable of providing insightful advice and effectively translating and presenting intricate concepts and information.
• English is the mandatory working language; additional languages such as Dutch or Spanish are an advantage, as they enhance your ability to effectively engage with our Dutch or Spanish-speaking stakeholders and understand regional nuances.
