Job Opportunity: Mental Health Professional (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to enhance emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during training sessions.
3. Proactively engage with employees to invite them to coaching sessions, workshops, and group activities.
4. Design, schedule, and facilitate psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, and team-building activities.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead assigned projects or activities within the wellbeing team.
8. Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress through data collection.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing mental health challenges.
• Valid license, full membership, or accredited practitioner status.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding listening and empathy skills.
• Experience conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts and a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and motivated attitude.

Location: Essen, Germany (or willing to relocate)
