We produce 150–250 events annually, including national tours, unique one-off productions, and creative collaborations with leading theaters, orchestras, and artists from around the globe. Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Lighting Director ready to join a tour across Germany from 17 November 2025 to 20 January 2026 (~2 months).

• Design, adapt, and operate the show lighting across different venues.
• Program and live-operate lighting consoles.
• Run to set list/timecode and execute cue lists with precision.
• Prepare patch and lighting plans; coordinate with local tech crews and venue teams.
• Participate in tech, rehearsals, and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven LD experience on live shows/concerts/theatre.

Strong programming skills and confident live operation.

Solid understanding of touring workflows (load-in/out, tight schedules, travel).

Working English and/or German for on-site communication.

Nice to have: Class B driver’s license, timecode experience, Vectorworks/Capture/LightConverse.
