Let’s be honest: This isn't a typical backend role. While our Product Team focuses on building the engine, your mission is to make sure it runs perfectly on the racetrack. You operate at the intersection of Law, Sales, and Customer Success. You are the translator who turns abstract legal needs into concrete technical configurations (prompting) and convincing demonstrations.
1. Empowering Sales (The Commercial Expert):You ensure that our potential customers understand exactly how Legartis solves their problems.
Mastering the Demo:You develop and refine standard demo environments that showcase the full power of our AI. For high-stakes prospects, you build customized demos and execute them with confidence.
Sales Enablement:You train our Sales team to deliver compelling demonstrations independently and act as their "Legal Joker" in complex expert calls.
2. Driving Customer Success (The Trusted Partner):Once a deal is signed, you ensure the value is realized. You guide our clients through their transformation journey.
Strategic Onboarding:You don't just configure the software; you act as a strategic sparring partner. You help legal teams define precise review requirements, optimize AI prompts, and understand exactly where and how Legartis delivers the highest ROI.
Scalability & Adoption:You turn individual learnings into scalable standards. By documenting best practices and contributing to our playbook methodology, you help remove blockers and ensure our clients maximize their adoption across the company.
Quality Assurance:You coordinate our external partners for the review of test sets, ensuring our AI results are validated efficiently.
Internal Legal Counsel:You don't just sell the tool; you use it. You occasionally support Legartis as an in-house counsel for contract reviews and specific legal questions.

Qualified Professional:You hold a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent. Admission to the bar is a plus, but your practical understanding of legal logic matters most.
Contract Expert:You have profound experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. You understand the "why" behind a clause, which allows you to teach that logic to our AI.

3. The Clear Communicator & Orchestrator
Project Leadership:You are organized and structured. You know how to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders (clients, product, sales) and keep everyone aligned on the goal.
Linguistic Precision:You have excellent communication skills in German and English (French, Spanish, Portuguese or other languages are a plus). You love the nuances of language and know that clarity is key, whether in a contract or a project plan.

Curiosity First:You need to be fearless when it comes to new tech. You are fascinated by AI, LLMs, and prompting.
Prompting Skills:Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) or specific prompting techniques is a massive plus. You enjoy tinkering with language to force the technology to deliver the best result.
