Your Contribution

• You provide independent legal support and strategic advice to business units and to Vantage Towers’ management in Germany in legal matters within area of responsibility (such as property rights).
• You identify and resolve legal obstacles in all processes relevant to the realisation of sites with emphasis on public construction law (e.g. acquisition of sites, permit or building procedures).
• You support litigation if necessary (incl. appeals against rejection of building applications), identifying and mitigating compliance-related risks.
• You negotiate complex contracts (including framework agreements) for new partnerships, renewals and the offering of in‑life products and services.
• You resolve disputes, protecting Vantage Towers’ position by proactively enforcing rights and settling disputes in Vantage Towers’ favour.
• You represent Vantage Towers at external meetings, functions and events either on your own or accompanying Vantage Towers’ Head of Legal Germany or executives.
• You coordinate with external law firms, economic consultants and align with relevant trade associations.

What Makes You Stand Out

• German Law degree (first and second state exam) with significant experience gained in‑house and/or at a leading law firm.
• Extensive and successful breadth and depth of experience dealing with stakeholders in public administration.
• Effective communication and influence skills, deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structure.
• Sound commercial understanding and proven ability to impact and convince in a variety of business settings.
• Expert knowledge of contract and commercial law.
• Strong negotiating skills vis‑a‑vis potential customers and external organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German, with high immediate impact and capacity to synthesise complex issues.
