Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years PQE, ideally from an in-house position in the tech, fintech, or insurance sector.
• Sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law; regulatory experience (IDD, GDPR, AML) is a plus.

Our client is a leading European digital platform in the insurance sector, combining technology, data, and expert advice to simplify how people manage their insurance.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Germany and fully qualified to practice law here.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with partners, suppliers, and service providers.
• Support strategic projects and M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Advise on compliance topics such as IDD, GDPR, and AML.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Risk Management, Data Protection, and Compliance.

Your Profile

• Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen).
• At least 3 years PQE, ideally from an in-house position in the tech, fintech, or insurance sector, or a reputable law firm.
• Sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law; regulatory experience (IDD, GDPR, AML) is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, and able to balance risk with commercial needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
