We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Learning Experience Developer to join our Global Technical Solutions team. In this role, you’ll design and develop innovative learning solutions that empower our Field Service Engineers and technical teams worldwide. Using structured design methodologies and cutting‑edge tools, you’ll craft learner journeys that make technical training accessible, interactive, and impactful. You’ll create eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and job aids that make technical content clear, interactive, and accessible. From mapping learner journeys to piloting new ideas, you’ll ensure every solution is practical, scalable, and driving performance. Let your creative side shine as you integrate storytelling, visual design, and interactivity into technical content. Explore trends like adaptive learning and AI‑driven personalization to keep our training future‑ready. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and engineers, you’ll make sure our learning experiences are accurate, relevant, and engaging.

Your Profile
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Instructional / Learning Experience Design, preferably in Technical Training
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), along with proficiency in design methodologies (such as ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking, or 5Di) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate , Rise, Captivate, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LMS / LXP platforms and digital learning technologies
  • Strong AI literacy and experience using AI in learning design
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
