We are looking for a Learning Development Manager (m/f/d) for Product & Service Trainings in our team onsite in Bönen (near Dortmund) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop training programs for specific divisions
• Drive digital learning strategy and transformation
• Manage projects and stakeholders related to learning initiatives
• Create and maintain learning materials and products
• Assist country and regional managers with implementing training programs
• Design effective learning solutions for different target groups, aligned with company goals and GEA Academy standards
• Analyze and improve learning processes to ensure they meet organizational needs

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
• Several years of experience in relevant function (Product & Service Training, HR, Business Education/Development)
• Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
• Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
• Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
• Experience in project management
• Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
• Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit
