We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist with a passion for people growth and the recruitment of students, apprentices, and junior profiles. This role combines ownership of Learning & Development initiatives with recruitment for early-career roles, while also managing apprentices during their apprenticeship within the company. Additionally, the role provides support in senior recruitment when required.

Responsibilities
  • Design and organize onboarding sessions and training programs across the company.
  • Manage training logistics, budgets, and relationships with external providers.
  • Track employee development plans and maintain training records.
  • Support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles.
  • Lead recruitment of students, apprentices, and junior profiles, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with schools.
  • Manage apprentices during their apprenticeship, acting as main HR contact and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
  • Provide support to the HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes when needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on L&D-related opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are considered an asset.
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg labor law, especially in areas related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
  • Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset.
