Strengthen our Quality Operations Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Lead Quality Operations Analyst (m/f/d).
This position is available as a full-time role at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).
In this role, you’ll build and lead a new Quality Operations function from the ground up—owning defect reduction, operational resilience, and systemic quality improvements across our student-facing platforms. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, engineering, and operations to challenge existing processes and redesign how quality is embedded at scale.
This is a rare opportunity to build something new—with real authority and impact. You’ll have the mandate to challenge how things work today, the backing of senior leadership to drive change, and the freedom to design scalable quality systems that directly improve the student experience. If you’re energised by complex problems, systemic thinking, and building something that lasts, this role gives you leverage where it matters.
