Tasks & Responsibilities
  • You will contribute to shaping mid- to long-term Legal Operations strategies and influence the global operating model of Legal & Compliance.
  • Acting as a key advisor, you will present strategic recommendations to leadership teams and drive decision‑making aligned with business objectives.
  • A comprehensive AI strategy will be designed and implemented under your leadership, integrating cutting‑edge technologies into existing workflows.
  • You will lead functional transformation initiatives within the legal function and across the broader organization, managing complex, undefined challenges.
  • Under your leadership, innovative initiatives will be established, including pilot programs for emerging technologies and new service delivery models.
  • Best practices for lean, risk‑oriented legal processes will be defined and implemented while you coach cross‑functional workstreams.
  • You will monitor legal operations trends across industries, conduct benchmarking studies, and represent the function at relevant conferences.
  • Performance measurement systems and predictive analytics will be developed to create executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms for Legal Operations.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Law, IT, or Business Administration (MBA)
  • Several years of profound experience in Legal Operations within an international consultancy or multinational legal department
  • Proven track record in global project management, transformation, and cultural change initiatives
  • Expertise in legal operations management systems, strategy roadmap development, and technology‑driven solutions
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strategic and long‑term thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership
