Your tasks

• Implementing lean management methods and standards as part of the Lapp Operation System (LOS) in the company
• Supporting management in identifying and initiating measures for process optimization and developing concepts for implementing potential improvements
• Creating an annual lean deployment plan as well as organizing, moderating and documenting Kaizen workshops and handing over the implemented topics to the operational organization
• Measuring and analysing the sustainability of workshops using appropriate key figures
• Presenting the results of LOS activities and training employees
• Working closely with management and cross‑departmental interfaces
• Collaborating on projects

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience (at least 5 years) and knowledge of lean management methods as well as project and moderation experience
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and good English skills
• Goal‑oriented, structured and independent way of working, as well as organisational talent
• Strong communication and team skills as well as high social competence
• Sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and resilience
