Your tasks

• Planning and follow-up of project activities in coordination with internal QC laboratories and project management.
• Ensuring and creating GMP-compliant documents (SOPs).
• Supporting the specialist departments with the introduction of new digital solutions.
• Responsibility for master data, data analysis, visualization and SAP interfaces.
• Comparison and design of actual and target processes.
• Training users for new digital solutions and processes.
• Administrative management of master data in digital systems.
• Creation and comprehensible preparation of reports and KPIs.

Your profile

• Successfully completed scientific training, e.g. as a biology or chemistry laboratory technician.
• Several years of sound professional experience in a QC laboratory under GxP regulations.
• Confident handling of LIMS (preferably Labware) and common laboratory software (e.g. Empower, LabX, SoftmaxPro).
• Initial experience in project work, ideally with agile methods such as Scrum.
• Strong sense of responsibility and high reliability.
• Independent, proactive way of working and willingness to continuously develop yourself.
• High level of commitment, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
