Job Description

SCAYLE Payments , the fintech behind the ABOUT YOU marketplace, is currently looking for a KYC Analyst (m / f / d) to support the team on topics such as KYC, transaction monitoring and AML compliance.

We are looking for a KYC Operations Coordinator (m / f / d) who acts as the key contact for cross‑functional financial control topics – ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and process optimization across the payment value chain.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all operational KYC‑related processes within the Payments area (Team size : 8‑10)
  • Quality assurance for B2B KYC cases
  • Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation and control guidelines in collaboration with the Anti‑Money Laundering Officer
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Product) to align and optimize workflows
  • Monitor KPIs, payment flows, and control reports to identify irregularities and mitigate risks
  • Ensure SLA compliance for B2B Onboardings
  • Support month‑end, quarterly, and annual closing activities by preparing and validating payment data
  • Conduct root cause analyses and define corrective or preventive measures
  • Coordinate change requests and improvements related to control processes in close collaboration with Tech and Operations
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Payment Management, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B Onboarding in a regulated environment (Payments or Banking)
  • Solid understanding of B2B KYC process
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and structure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel / Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and ideally SQL or BI systems
