A leading mobility solutions company in Ratingen is seeking a professional for content and knowledge management. You will be responsible for optimizing content tools and managing requests for changes in knowledge management. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in content creation, with expertise in systems like Confluence and Dynamics 365, and possess excellent English and German communication skills. This position can be full-time or part-time.
What you can expect
You will be responsible for the selection, integration and optimisation of content and knowledge management systems and tools for internal sales and customer-oriented content.
You will be responsible for managing all requests for change (RFCs) in knowledge management and improving content and processes.
You are a content expert for AI-related sales projects and provide important content and information for AI.
You will create, review and manage product and process content for the AI tools in Sales across Europe.
Creating content to ensure first-class information and content in cooperation with the sales channel experts, the CRM PO, the knowledge and communication team, marketing and customer service is part of your tasks.
You will be responsible for standardising onboarding and training across all sales units in Europe and ensuring consistent training materials and concepts.
