DGBI is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our sales growth strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of our business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Works close with the Global Sales Manager in managing key sporting goods accounts (e.g., Intersport, Snipes, Footlocker, JD Sports, XXL) in Northern Europe.
  • Onboards new keyaccounts
  • Manages the relationship with keyaccunt-buyers
  • Sell-in the global collections to the keyaccounts and works with the buyers on bestsellers
  • Support order placement, EDI onboarding, and access to Schiesser/DGBI systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations for key accounts.
  • Provide regular sales reporting, account updates, and insights to the Global Sales Manager.
  • Support marketing and in-store initiatives as directed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for operational inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven capability in operations and strategy, ideally within premium or fashion retail.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • 2–5 years experience in Key Account Management or sales support in the sporting goods industry.
  • Understanding of major retail accounts in Germany, Nordics, East-Europe, and the UK is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with ERP/EDI systems and order management is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple priorities.
