To strengthen our European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d).

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a leading global supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the automotive field. Alongside Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the largest companies within the Hyundai group. We focus on research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars and manage the entire aftersales business for genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai and Kia in Europe.

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development and selling technology to new customers
  • Resilient and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in German are required
  • Proven track record in business development and building strong customer relationships
  • Successful commercial experience in the automotive industry dealing with engineered products
  • Comfortable engaging with customers at all organizational levels
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and team orientation
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams; experience within an Asian company is a plus
Your tasks
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all levels of customer organizations
  • Implement growth strategies for assigned product lines
  • Develop engagement plans to foster relationships and generate new growth (Voice of Customer, targeted product promotion)
  • Lead RFQ processes for new orders ($20M - $150M lifetime), including pricing, quotation, and negotiation
  • Negotiate customer purchasing contracts and delivery agreements
  • Manage commercial aspects such as pricing negotiations, claims, and recovery of past dues
  • Coordinate with program managers on project commercial activities, change management, invoicing, and alignment with the plant on commercial matters
  • Support the sales director in defining a strategic 5+ year business plan based on market trends, customer strategies, and competitive environment
  • Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into cost-effective solutions and product strategies aligned with future needs
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities and develop order intake strategies
