YOUR MISSION:

As a (Junior) People Operations Partner (f/m/d)*, you will support and drive flawless people experience at Parloa by implementing scalable processes and fostering a sense of belonging.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Take ownership of the global Pre-, On- and Offboarding including coordinating and hosting onboarding sessions.
  • Responsible for People’s Administrative tasks such as working abroad requests and reference letters.
  • Handle daily employee requests via our ticketing system.
  • Maintain our internal knowledge base.
  • Manage data by record keeping, documentation, and filings.

HiBob, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, Gaia, GSuite, Slack, Asana

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Regular in‑office collaboration in our Berlin location at least 3 times per week
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience in designing and implementing people processes including but not limited to global Pre‑, On‑ and Offboarding.
  • Experience in Employee relations and People Administration tasks.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other People related software.
  • Compliance and Labour law knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sophisticated Project Management skills.
  • Conversational German skills.
