As a Junior People Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations across multiple European markets while supporting the employee experience at PERGOLUX. What You’ll Do

• Manage and prepare payroll data for multiple countries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and tax advisors to align with labor and tax regulations.
• Maintain employee master data, HR documentation, and reporting across systems.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries related to payroll and HR processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline payroll and people-operations workflows.

What You’ll Bring

• Completed education in HR Management or a related field, ideally with a payroll focus.
• 2–3 years of People Ops experience.
• Understanding of German payroll regulations and willingness to learn additional markets.
