A leading outdoor-living brand in Berlin seeks a Junior People Operations Manager to oversee HR operations and ensure compliant payroll processing across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate has completed education in HR Management, 2-3 years of People Ops experience, and understands German payroll regulations. Responsibilities include managing payroll data, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting employee processes. As a Junior People Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations across multiple European markets while supporting the employee experience at PERGOLUX. You’ll coordinate international payroll processes, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to people operations that strengthen our growing organization.
