Your Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Senior Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate project timelines, interna, alliance partner approvals, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain budgets, invoices, purchase orders in collaboration with Senior Marketing Managers
• Support the planning and execution of Trade Marketing in consumer electronics
• Handle internal and external communication with retailers, business partners, agencies, suppliers, and alliance partners like Microsoft, Intel, AMD
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure that all marketing activities run on schedule.
• Take ownership of specific projects (e.g., digital campaigns with our etailers) once you have gained experience and demonstrated strong performance

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience (e.g., internships, working student roles) in marketing or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Genuine interest in hardware, technology, and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Keeping a cool head, when managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Proactive and taking initiatives in self-starter mentality.
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail, German being your first language. You are fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
