Your mission

As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers in every market we operate in and offer ⚡️#NewEnergy to our customers. Your insights will directly influence our strategy, shaping the future of energy services across Europe.

In your role you will:

• Take ownership of market research efforts and share actionable insights with key stakeholders
• Identify trends and opportunities through detailed data analysis, contributing to market expansion and innovative product development
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and uncover areas for improvement and differentiation
• Build and refine standardized reporting systems to effectively track key metrics and monitor market trends
• Monitor electricity market developments, including price dynamics, regulatory changes, and installation rates, to stay ahead of industry shifts
• Deliver findings in clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align energy market strategies with broader business objectives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and shape strategic initiatives
• Contribute to shaping our product strategy by analyzing energy markets and ancillary service markets across Europe and beyond

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with data related to the energy sector or topics in the energy industry
• Experience using SQL and Python and eagerness to further develop these tools
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and translate them into clear product requirements
• Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint to create clear reports and presentations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects
• Creative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
