Junior Lawyer - Employment Law
Your role
  • Work closely alongside the different team members to advise a clientele of both Luxembourg-based businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as international groups, on all direct and indirect aspects of labour, employment, business immigration and social security law;
  • Provide, amongst others, business orientated risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel to clients, actively participate in preparing clients’ defense in case of litigation as well as one-off and/or ongoing advisory assistance to clients;
  • Act as a trusted advisor and main day-to-day contact for the client, organizing and participating in meetings and conference calls;
  • Participate in the animation of broad range of in-house and external training offered by Arendt.
Your profile
  • You hold a university degree in law (Master 2 from France, Belgium or Luxembourg).
  • You have a great interest in employment law. Any previous experiences (internships or collaboration) on the subject is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
  • You are open-minded, self-driven, flexible, proactive, and able to supervise more junior lawyers and share your expertise and knowledge.
