They are seeking a high-potential (Junior) Product Manager – Backend Flight to join their Berlin team. In this role, you will play a key part in restructuring backend processes to significantly improve response times and system efficiency. Main tasks:
- A strong academic background in economics, mathematics, technology, or IT
- The ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and apply them effectively
- Prior experience in the online or e-commerce industry is beneficial, but curiosity, an open mind, and creative problem-solving are paramount
- A basic understanding of business intelligence, data structures, or related fields such as banking or analytics is a plus
- A methodical, analytical approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering solutions
- A hands-on, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working in a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Design and develop backend systems to automate processes and introduce innovative features for the client’s customers
- Ensure high-quality, reliable implementation through careful planning

- Improve the comparison platform’s data quality and pricing competitiveness
- Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap development
- Manage quality assurance, testing, and product functionality
