Type of contract : Permanent, on-site

Your tasks include

• You will independently identify and evaluate seed and early-stage companies as well as founders and build a network of start-ups, co-investors and experts
• For investment decisions, you will conduct the necessary due diligence together with the team and analyze relevant KPIs, data, markets and competitors
• You continuously observe and analyze international markets and business models in the target segment, both qualitatively and quantitatively
• You develop concrete investment offers
• You will negotiate contracts independently and in coordination with the management
• You will work on complex topics, conduct research, and present these in a structured manner to the management team

Requirements

• You have a very good degree in a natural sciences university and are among the best in your course
• You have one to two years of experience in consulting, investment banking or private equity / venture capital
• Thanks to your quick comprehension and strong teamwork skills, you will quickly find your way around new topics and projects
• Do you have an affinity for biotech, deep tech or health topics – perhaps even a personal enthusiasm?
• Your technical understanding and flair for digitalization and technology trends complete your profile and enable you to support the implementation of your concepts
• If necessary, you are willing to travel to our locations within Germany
• Fluent in German
