Your Role

As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will support the execution of day-to-day HR administrative and operational processes for our European organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in gaining practical, hands-on experience in HR operations within an international company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR administrative and operational processes
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and personnel files
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, confirmations, and certificates
  • Support performance management processes, including coordination, data preparation, and documentation, while working closely with team on performance-related initiatives.
  • Assist with time & attendance and leave administration
  • Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Support recruitment coordination and employer branding activities when needed
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates at an early stage of their HR career
  • Fluent English is required as the working language
  • German at native level is required
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office.
