As a Junior Local Demand Planner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our forecasting processes and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to :

• Gather and challenge local market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
• Input market insights and maintain cannibalisation data, ensuring effective communication with the Central team.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and help communicate supply constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting through feedback loops with Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Central and local teams to analyse forecast accuracy and support new product launches.

We’re looking for someone with some experience in Supply Chain, ideally with a background in Demand Planning. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English (German B2+ is a plus), and strong collaboration and communication skills.
