JUNIOR CONSULTANT

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

• You work together with our project teams on site at the customer and support with the necessary analyses as well as the structuring and support of the project
• You contribute to the creation of strategic, innovative and individual solution concepts and recommendations for action
• You work internally on the further development of H&Z
• In your role, you conduct customer interviews and accompany workshops and meetings

Your profile

• A completed master’s degree from a well-known university
• Initial experience in management consulting through internships or active engagement with a student management consultancy
• You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
